Our Facility The Seymour Osman Community Center houses a gymnasium, four classrooms and a state of the art kitchen. In recent years, renovations have been made to the building, utilizing funds from a City of Dover Community Development Block Grant. These improvements have allowed the SOCC to serve more youth and provided them with new spaces in which to learn and create. The SOCC holds a second after-school program at Woodman Park Elementary School (not pictured).
