	NH DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program The SOCC Afterschool Program is supported by a five-year grant from the NH Department of Education's 21st Century Community Learning Centers program. DOVER HOUSING AUTHORITY The Seymour Osman Community Center opened in 1994 as the Dover Housing Authority Community Center. The center became a private non-profit organization affiliated with the Dover Housing Authority in 2002. DOVER POLICE DEPARTMENT The SOCC and the Dover Police Department formed a partnership to develop the first Youth Safe Haven / Police Mini-Station in the state of New Hampshire. UNITED WAY OF THE GREATER SEACOAST NH COUNCIL ON THE ARTS The SOCC is supported in part by a grant from the NH State Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
